Please keep in mind that the Show is held at the World Trade Center and the building dictates prices and rules regarding parking at the Seaport Garage. All surface lots are privately owned and operated. The Show only rents the space from the building and therefore has no influence or control over prices, rules, and regulations regarding parking in and around the World Trade Center.
Where is the nearest EV charging station?
The Seaport Hotel (1 Seaport Ln, Boston, MA 02210), conveniently located across the street from the Seaport World Trade Center. Please visit the U.S. Department of Energy website to search for local charging stations.
Is there a rental car drop off/pick up nearby?
Yes, there is a Zipcar location inside the Seaport Garage.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are $20 for adults and $17 for Seniors (65+) with ID. Children ages 6-17 are $10, and under 6 are free!
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online, at Roche Bros./Sudbury Farms supermarkets after February 15, 2012, or at the door. Visit our Hours & Tickets page for more information.
Are group tickets available?
Yes, group tickets are available for groups of twenty (20) or more, at a discounted rate of $16 each. Please contact Peg Rose, 800-258-8912 ex. 103 or prose@paragonexpo.com.
Can I get a refund?
No, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
Will tickets sell out on site?
No, tickets will never sell out on site.
Can I buy tickets online?
Yes! Adult and children’s tickets can be purchased online. We encourage you to buy your ticket in advance so you don’t have to wait in line. Discounts requiring an ID (such as senior tickets) must be applied at the on-site box office, and are not offered online.
Do I need to print out E-tickets I purchased online and bring them to the Show?
Yes, you MUST print your E-tickets and bring them with you to the Show. The bar code on each ticket must be scanned for you to gain access to the Show.
Can I buy tickets on my mobile phone or device?
Yes, tickets may be purchased using mobile devices. As long as the bar code is visible on the mobile device our scanners can scan it, and you do not need to print your ticket.
Do you take credit or debit cards on site?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards may be used to purchase tickets at the door. We do not accept Discover or debit cards. Please be aware, some vendors and food stations may not be capable of credit card sales. There is an ATM located in the main entrance of the Seaport World Trade Center.
Where can I get a discount ticket, coupon or code?
Currently, there are no discount coupons or codes for the Show. Coupons, if available, are for reduced admission on ADULT ADMISSION ONLY. Coupons and other discounts may not be applied to children’s or senior tickets.
Can I use a discount coupon to purchase tickets online?
If the discount coupon includes a code for discount ticket purchase online, you may enter the code when purchasing the tickets. If no such code is on the coupon, the discount may only be applied when purchasing tickets from the on-site box office.
Is the Show open to the general public?
Yes, the Show is a public event. The public Show dates are March 14-18, 2012.
How can I contact Show management on site?
Show management will be located in the Show Office during the Show, 617-385-4900.
Are wheelchairs available at the Show?
There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan on a first come first serve basis.
Is there a first aid station/nurse on duty at the Show?
There is always an emergency medical technician onsite at the Show. Please contact Show security or management if you need assistance.
Is there a coat and/or package check at the Show?
Yes, there is a coat and package check located on the show floor.
Are strollers allowed on the show floor?
Yes, strollers are allowed at the Show. However, there will be many people at the Show, so smaller strollers will be easiest to manage on the show floor.
Are strollers available at the Show?
Strollers are welcome at the Show, but you must bring your own. There are none available to rent.
Is video and photo equipment permitted on the show floor?
Yes! We encourage you to take photos and videos of you and your friends at the Show. Due to the number of people in attendance, tripods are prohibited, however, monopods are allowed. Of course, we ask that you do your best not to interfere with anyone else’s enjoyment of the Show while you line up that perfect shot. So the lighting tent would be best left at home.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, the lost and found is located at the on-site Show Office. Once the Show has ended, all unclaimed items will be turned over to building security. Please contact the Seaport World Trade Center, (617) 385-5000, for more information.
Is food available at the Show?
Yes, there are concession stations at the Show. There are also many eat in and take away restaurants around the World Trade Center. Download our Seaport Restaurant Guide for a complete listing. Please keep in mind that the Show is held at the World Trade Center and the building dictates prices and rules regarding parking at the Seaport Garage. May I bring food and drinks into the Show?
Yes, you may bring bottled beverages and small snacks into the Expo. Setting up a four-course meal on the show floor, however, would be frowned upon. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the Expo. No alcohol may be brought in from off site.
Can I leave the Show and come back later?
Yes, you may leave the Show and return on the same day. Make sure you get your hand stamped upon exit in order to be allowed re-entry. Your admission is only valid for one day. If you wish to leave the Show and return another day, you must purchase a new ticket.
Are pets allowed at the Show?
Assistance dogs are allowed, however family pets are not. If your assistance animal is more exotic than a dog (monkeys, birds, reptiles, etc.) please call show management. Dragons and unicorns are welcome.
Note: As a public event, media, patrons and the public itself will be taking photos and video. By purchasing a ticket, you are granting permission for your likeness to be used in Show representation.
Show management reserves the right to remove anyone it deems to be disruptive or an obstruction to the full experience of the event as it was intended. Any unauthorized solicitation is prohibited.
